Mr. Daniel J. Bigelow - MTC Technologies, Inc.     

Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications for MTC Technologies, Inc. (MTC), Dayton, Ohio.  Formerly  General Manager for Aerospace, he has been with MTC for 20 years. He has a background in high visibility aerospace technology and R&D defense programs, to include weapon systems acquisition, military intelligence, and Air Force national defense planning and operations.

Prior to joining MTC, Dan served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force.  A command pilot with 5,400 flying hours in  fighter, bomber, transport, and rescue seaplane aircraft, he flew 167 combat missions in Vietnam and holds 55 military decorations.

Dan served as the Strategic Air Command (SAC), Eighth Air Force SIOP war planner and as SAC Commander of the nuclear strike force of bombers and tankers at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. He next served in three assignments as a Director at Wright-Patterson AFB. Later, as the U.S. Air Attaché to the Soviet Union, living in Moscow, Russia, he traveled extensively throughout all 15 former Republics of the USSR and was presented the “United States of America 1985 National Award for Intelligence Activities” by CIA Director, William J. Casey.  Returning to the U.S. to join the faculty of the Air War College at Maxwell AFB, Alabama as Director of Soviet Studies, he was tasked by then Secretary of the Air Force, Verne Orr, to reorganize the curriculum to study the mindset of our Soviet military counterpart.

Dan currently serves on the EEMG Board. He is Chair of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Military & Federal Affairs Committee (and led a movement to successfully eliminate Ohio State tax on military retired pay). He is National Historian and Board member for the Air Force Air Rescue Association.

Bigelow holds a BFA in Art Advertising; an MA in Education; an MPS in Political Science; and is pursuing his PhD in Military and Diplomatic History.  His professional military education includes four master degree equivalent certificates. His extended bio is listed in Who’s Who in the World and four other Marquis publications.

Ms. Brenda Colton      

Graduate Education: Master of Science in Administration and Information Systems Management-Central Michigan University (AFIT Campus) 2003 GPA 3.5

 Community Service:

      EEMG: Attended since 2003.

      AFCEA: Served as a member, one-term Vice President for the chapter office of Awards, Info Tech Committee member for six years, four-term Vice President for the chapter office of Publicity responsible for writing and editing the national Signal magazine editorials. Valentine’s Ball chairman 2007-2009 and participant since 2006. Received AFCEA Yeoman Award March 2008. Member of MASHBASH corporate donation committee.

       DADCA: attended since 2006.

       House of Bread, education and church volunteer.

Brenda is a Senior (Configuration Management) Analyst with Oberon Associates, Inc. performing work for the Air Force.

Government Experience (1987-Present)

 I began my civilian career in 1987 at the Air Force Headquarters (Pentagon) in Civilian Personnel and continued at Bolling and Wright Patterson Air Force Bases in AFMC Plans and Programs and Civilian Personnel. I obtained my Master’s in the local area in order to pursue my desire to remain in the Department of Defense science and technology field. I continued my government career as contractor for Lockheed Martin and Veridian Engineering/General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and as a manager and senior consultant for several current USAF ERP initiatives. I hold certifications in ISO 9001 2000 and CMMI V1.2 and licensure as a State of Ohio Notary Public.

Commercial Experience (1985 - Present):
I have 20 years leadership experience managing businesses, markets, operations, human resources, contracts, communications, risk, costing, and finance at the corporate and general officer level for military, contracting, legal, logistics, insurance, banking, real estate, and healthcare sectors. Editor and writer for several publications. Received Employee of the Year award at JP Morgan Chase.

Mr. James W. Kelly - J. Kelly & Associates     

For the past 10 years have been providing consulting services to numerous companies and government agencies as the owner and sole employee of J. Kelly & Associates. Studies have been done in Metrics, Supply Support, Civilian Personnel System and other critical functional areas.

 Have been a member of EEMG since my retirement from government service in 1986. At that time we were meeting monthly at Suttmillers and the membership was strictly marketeers. Things have changed in the last couple of years and the competition we face to insure the long term existence of EEMG is growing. I feel that I can make a contribution in developing strategies and actions necessary to insure our continued  existence. Would welcome the opportunity to serve on the EEMG Board of Directors

Mr. Neil V. Raymond - R&R Associates    

Industry Experience (1995 – Present)

I have successfully served in leadership and management positions for GRC International, Inc. and AT&T Government Solutions, Inc.  I have been a principle analyst and project manager for several manufacturing technology and aging aircraft programs.  I am currently part owner and Vice President of R&R Associates, a consulting firm specializing in production logistics.

 

Military Experience (1967-1995)

I have 28 years experience in aircraft maintenance and logistics, attaining the rank of Colonel.  I served in the Headquarters US European Command (US EUCOM), Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Headquarters Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC), Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Military Airlift Command (MAC), US Air Forces Europe, Pacific (USAFE) Air Force (PACAF), Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), and Air Training Command (ATC).  Some key assignments include Senior Airlift Planner (EUCOM War Plans Division), Deputy Director of Technology and Industrial Support (WR-ALC), Director, Joint Depot Maintenance Analysis Group (JDMAG), Director of Environmental Management (WR-ALC and HQ AFMC), Chief of Maintenance Quality Systems (HQ AFLC), 81st Aircraft Generation Squadron Commander.

Ms. Jeanne Zekowski - SI International

Jeanne Zekowski is a senior director at LOGTEC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SI International.  Ms Zekowski, who joined LOGTEC in l992, has over 30 years of experience in DOD programs, including 12 years in civil service (separating as a GM-14) acquiring new Air Force weapon systems at ASC, and twenty years of DoD support contract industry experience.  Ms Zekowski has a Master’s degree in Business Management, is a graduate of the Program Management Course (Defense Acquisition University), and has completed Air Command/Staff College and Air War College. Her responsibilities at LOGTEC include maintaining effective communication with clients, managing projects, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the Air Force acquisition environment.
